The audits are a high-touch operational review conducted by individuals highly knowledgeable in the industry. An audit can range from a 30-page document containing evaluation on over 300 operational items to an 80-page document containing evaluation on more than 800 operational items focused on evaluating compliance against GSE, CFPB, and other regulatory servicing requirements. CLARIFIRE processes exist for the submission of the initial Request for Information (RFI) to the vendor and provides collaborative workflow for the vendor and Springboard users throughout the completion of the RFI.
