Antonakes stepped down from his position as the second- in-command official. Antonakes said that he was leaving the CFPB to return to Massachusetts, where his family resides. Meredith Fuchs was named acting deputy director following the announcement of his departure. Fuchs' previously served as the CFPB's general counsel. * * * LAnce F. druMMond Freddie Mac has elected Lance F. Drummond to serve as a director on the company's board. Drummond is a senior business leader with extensive experience specializing in business transforming strategy devel- opment and execution, operations, technology, and process re-engineer- ing. He served as EVP, operations and technology for TD Canada Trust from 2011 to 2014 and was also EVP of hu- man resources and shared services at Fiserv, Inc., from 2009 to 2011. * * * hope hArdiSon Wells Fargo & Company has promoted Hope Hardison, who previously led Human Resources for the company, to chief admin- istrative officer. Among her many key leadership positions, Callahan headed Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management and started the Corporate Social Responsibility func- tion in 2008. She also led Wholesale Banking Systems within the company. * * * Anthony SeLF Auction.com has named former VP at Altisource Online Auctions, Anthony Self, as the new VP of industry relations. Self will focus on strengthening the company's relationships within the real estate community and developing programs that foster long-term partnerships with agents and brokers. Among Self's first initiatives since taking on his new role was the launch of a new agent-centered landing page on Auction.com created specifically for residential brokers. * * * edwArd koMSki Edward Komski has been added to the DocMagic team as the company's national sales manager. In his role, he will be responsible for introducing DocMagic's entire suite of software solutions to large, enterprise- level lending organizations. As sales manager, he will work with prospects across all regions of the country to understand their business requirements, and how DocMagic's solutions can be leveraged to benefit the prospects' daily business challenges. * * * ted FAuSt/ tony hALe Stewart Title Guaranty Company announced that Ted Faust, senior agency services manager of Tennessee, has been named as president of the Tennessee Land Title Association. In addition, Stewart also hired Tony Hale to join the team as western states agency district sales director, a new role in the company's Agency Services Group. Hale will be responsible for building an effective sales strategy to attract new independent agencies and serve existing agencies in his new role. * * * SeLMA hepp Selma Hepp has been named as Trulia's chief economist, where she will lead the company's housing economics research team and provide key insights about the economy, housing trends, and public policy to house hunters. Hepp currently collaborates with the University of Southern California's Lusk Center and the Realtor University Center for Real Estate Studies. * * * ShAriF MAhdiviAn LenderLive Network, Inc., welcomed Sharif Mahdavian as the firm's VP of business development for the company's Due Diligence division. Mahdavian will be responsible for developing strategies to leverage the division's capabilities and refining its value proposition to maximize revenue growth. He will also work with sales organization members to identify and develop cross-sell opportunities.
