One of Richard's first initiatives is to advance AMDC's newly created Diversity & Inclusion Directory, which features minority, women, LGBT, veteran, and disabled owned or operated businesses. Richard will work with AMDC co-chairs Jay Inouye, Director of Vendor & Diversity Management, Freddie Mac; and Michael Ruiz, Director of Corporate Procurement, Fannie Mae; and AMDC members, including representation from BankUnited, Ocwen, U.S. Bank, Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, PennyMac, Bank of America, and other leading mortgage industry companies and government agencies. BRIAN A. POTESTIVO Brian A. Potestivo, President and Managing Attorney of Potestivo & Associates, P.C., has been named a 2016 Super Lawyer. Also, Supervising Litigation Attorney Chantelle R. Neumann was selected for inclusion in the 2016 Michigan Rising Star List. Both announcements were published in the Super Lawyers mag- azine in September. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multiphased and includes independent research to establish the candidate pool, peer nominations, and peer evaluations by practice area. Potestivo was also named as a Super Lawyer in 2012, 2014, and 2015. BOB JENNINGS ClosingCorp has named Bob Jennings as the company's new CEO. Jennings, 43, previously served as EVP of RealEC Technologies, a division of Black Knight Financial Services, which provides web-based technology solutions for lenders as well as minimizes loan repurchase risk and drives efficiencies in the mortgage transaction process. RealEC grew from being a niche player in 2006 to an industry utility leveraged by the top mortgage lenders in the country during Jennings' tenure. Jennings moved into sales and sales management after starting his career with IBM Corporation in finance. MIKE BYE LRES, a national residential and com- mercial real estate services provider, has announced the hiring of Mike Bye as VP of Sales. In his new role with LRES, Bye is responsible for reporting on all sales activities and establishing and managing client relationships. Bye's experience includes expertise in the areas of complex, consultive sales and technology solutions, customer service, and leadership. He previously managed a $10 million book of business while working at a Jacksonville, Florida-based provider of third-party bundled services and front-end lending technology platform.
