In her new role with MetaSource, Kladde will be responsible for oversight and continued management of the company's mortgage solutions and services portfolio. Kladde has more than 24 years' experi- ence in the operational aspects of the mortgage industry. In 2007, she founded Titan Lenders Corp., which was acquired by MetaSource in March. ANDY POLLOCK Clayton Holdings, LLC, has announced the promotion of Andy Pollock to the position of Chief Revenue Officer, where he will lead Clayton's efforts to drive revenue streams to identify new growth opportuni- ties. Pollock's responsibilities will also include leading enterprise sales and consulting strategies across Clayton and its subsidiaries, according to the announcement. Pollock has been with Clayton since October 2015, when he joined the company as Senior Managing Director, Head of Consulting Services. CARI MCCUE LAMERE Starkey Mortgage announced that Cari McCue LaMere has joined the company as EVP of national operations. She brings more than 20 years' experience in sales production, operations, servicing, compliance, and secondary marketing. LaMere will be based in Plano, Texas, where her responsibilities will include overseeing the processing, closing, and disclosure departments, focusing on the day-to-day process for better and faster workflow efficiency, and fostering a seamless flow between production and operations. GLENN HODGE National mortgage lender Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC, announced that Glenn Hodge has joined the company as a Regional Manager to oversee expansion into the Midwestern and Eastern United States, adding to the company's already strong presence in the West. Hodge brings more than 35 years' experience to Castle & Cooke, which includes more than 30 years' working in regional leadership roles. Most recently he served as Great Lakes Regional Manager for Academy Mortgage Corporation. EDWARD KIM Applied Business Software, a provider of loan servicing software solutions for the mortgage industry, has hired Edward Kim to its National Sales Department to further develop the company's presence with The Loan Office software. Kim's experience includes working for Fortune 500 companies over the last 15 years, consistently meeting sales goals and exceeding quotas along the way. CHRISTOPHER SANTORA SouthLaw, P.C., a creditors' rights law firm practicing in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa, has announced the hiring of Christopher Santora as an Associate Attorney for the Litigation Department in the firm's Omaha office. His practice focuses on representing financial institutions and creditors' rights litigation. Santora has successfully litigated such matters as contested foreclosures and title-related litigation. MICHELLE GARCIA GILBERT Michelle Garcia Gilbert, President and CEO of Gilbert Garcia Group, P.A., was presented with the Good Neighbor Award from the Pinellas Realtor Organization for making an extraordinary impact on her community by giving her time and resources. Gilbert is currently on the Board of Directors for Directions for Living (DFL) and has chosen DFL to be the recipient of the $1,000 that was donated for the award.
