(PRMI), a mortgage lending company based out of Utah, announced that former VP of Finance Kenneth Knudson has now assumed the role of CEO and President. Knudson has been with the organization since 2000. He managed PRMI during industry turmoil over the past decade and has a deep-rooted understanding of the company's legacy and its opportunities in the future. As CEO and President, Knudson will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in all areas of the organization. "The physical expansion of the corporate office building and the development of key personnel have postured PRMI for great things in the future," Knudson said. "I look forward to the opportunity to assume this mantle and continue our legacy of excellence into the future." STEVEN PATRICK Gateway Mortgage Group announced Steven Patrick as its new Chief Risk Officer. "I am grateful for the opportunity to work for such a great company," Patrick said. "The team members have made the transition easy, and I look forward to being a part of the very bright future at Gateway." In this role, Patrick will provide executive oversight to the company's credit and risk manage- ment teams. His responsibilities will span all efforts in enterprise risk management, compliance, and quantitative analytics. "Steve has a tremendous amount of experience in mortgage finance, credit, and risk arena," said Stephen Curry, CEO of Gateway. "He brings a deep under- standing of enterprise-level risk management to this role and understands its importance to a company's overall health and growth. We are happy to welcome Steve into the Gateway family, and we know he will be a valuable addition to the executive leadership team." DAN SHEEHY Home Point Financial Corporation, a national mortgage originator and servicer, announced the appointment of Dan Sheehy as the company's Correspondent Institutions Manager. In this role, he will support Home Point's delegated correspon- dent clients in Maryland, Delaware, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C. He will report directly to Michael Bender, Division Manager - Institutions Group East. Steve Landes, Senior Managing Director - Correspondent Division, said, "Dan is focused on providing our clients with the products and strategic solutions they need to maximize their growth. We are excited to have him join the team and build our presence in the Mid-Atlantic region." Sheehy has more than 20 years' experience in the mortgage industry, most recently serving as VP - Key Account Manager for Chase Home Lending. Previous experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Chase Mortgage Banking, Regional Production Manager for WMC Equity Services and Regional Sales Manager for Lender's Service Incorporated. SERVICE PROVIDERS DAVE ARD Ellie Mae announced that Dave Ard has joined the organization as SVP of Enterprise Sales. In this role, Ard will manage the enterprise team of account executives, and relationship managers responsible for providing digital mortgage technology to the largest lenders across the United States. Before joining Ellie Mae, Ard held various leadership and manage- ment roles at First American Mortgage Solutions. Most recently, he served as SVP, Sales and Business Development, where he led the client executive team of representatives, and designed and implemented the "Solution Executive" framework. "This is an exciting time to join Ellie Mae," Ard said. "The digital mortgage is a game-changer for all lenders as they strive to compete in today's changing market. The enterprise segment has so much to gain from the efficiencies, cost savings, and fast return on their technology investment as they turn to encompass to close more loans, close loans faster, and reduce their cost of origination." BETH DAVIS SingleSource Property Solutions, a national provider of valuation, REO, title, and property preservation services, has added Beth Davis to its executive team as VP of People Development. "We are excited to welcome Beth to our SingleSource team," says Ed Austin, COO at SingleSource. "Her experience across a wide range of industries gives her the skills to help our company grow in new directions. As we continue to expand our presence as one of the fastest growing companies in Pittsburgh, we are always focused on our most important asset—our people." Davis stated that she was immediately drawn to the company's values. DAN MADDEN Ellie Mae announced that Dan Madden has joined the organiza- tion as EVP and CFO. Madden will report to Jonathan Corr, Ellie Mae's President and Who's moving on and who's moving up in the industry This month, some of the industry's largest companies saw significant changes to their corporate lineups.
