Videos can also be embedded into website listings and can be tracked to help agents understand current trends. For buyers, HomeJab.com features user-friendly search functions and a growing database of dwellings that currently includes properties in the Philadelphia region. The videos provide shoppers with a feel for the layout, size, and space of each home and link directly to a property page with further specifics on the listing and the agent to contact. Pointing to the rapid growth of Internet video as a medium for communication, Jesuele believes it's only natural that the use of video marketing would expand into home shopping. "We believe that videos will soon become the standard way to buy and sell real estate," he said. "Our videos give potential buyers the feeling that they are actually walking through the house.
