In her current role at ServiceLink, Bross is responsible for all activities associated with assigned major client accounts and industry segments to maximize revenue and profitability, while maintaining a strong and productive working relationship with every client. She is the primary point of contact for her assigned clients, executes implementation of existing and new clients, and acts as the subject matter expert for the services and products ServiceLink Title & Default offers. In 2016, Bross founded Parental Hope, Inc., a non- profit that raises infertility awareness and provides financial support to couples battling infertility. In less than three years, Parental Hope has provided support to hundreds of couples nationally and has raised over $200,000 to provide financial grants to couples who need financial assistance to cover the high cost of fertility treatments. Jennifer Carroll SENIOR FORECLOSURE SPECIALIST, FAY SERVICING Jennifer Carroll has been with Fay Servicing for four years and previously worked at Nationstar Mortgage as Government Foreclosure Specialist–Loss Mitigations and Brice Vander Linden & Wernick as a Foreclosure Specialist. At Fay Servicing, Carroll is consistently in the top 10 percent of performers and works loans from cradle to grave. According to Carroll, her drive comes from her compassion for the work she does and the knowledge that she is making a positive difference for her company, her team, and the attorneys and investors that she works with. "The mentors that I have had the pleasure of working with have taught me the value of creating strong relationships, team building, accountability, and responsibility. Taking ownership for the work I do, the results achieved, and the satisfaction of the people I serve is the reason I enjoy my working relationship at Fay Servicing and why I strive to excel," Carroll said.
