TH E M R EP O RT | 31 FEATURE DIVERSITY ISN'T JUST AN IDEA. It's how we're doing business. Last year, Mr. Cooper launched its Office of Diversity and Inclusion, a group dedicated to enabling greater collaboration among our diverse populations. Since then, the office has grown to 11 resource teams, each committed to finding creative new ways of celebrating all the wonderful traditions and beliefs our diverse culture has to offer. From laying wreathes at the DFW National Cemetery to participating in MLK parades, these team-sponsored events are strengthening our relationships with each other and the communities we serve. As a result, over the past year, our employee engagement has reached an all-time high. This strengthened commitment to diversity and inclusion isn't just a new initiative, it's a fundamental part of our mission to transform our company, and our industry as whole.
