TH E M R EP O RT | 49 Sharron P.A. Levine DIRECTOR, OFFICE OF MINORITY AND WOMEN INCLUSION, FHFA Sharron P.A. Levine is the Director of FHFA's Office of Minority and Women Inclusion. She provides leadership in the agency's oversight of the diversity and inclusion (D&I) programs at The Federal Housing Finance Agency's (FHFA's) reg- ulated entities, which include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the 11 Federal Home Loan Banks, and the Office of Finance. She also oversees the agency's obligation to promote diversity and ensure inclusion internally in FHFA's workforce and its contracting activities. Levine has more than 30 years of legal experience in the financial services industry representing corporate, institutional, governmental, and private entities in many aspects of real estate law, including construction and permanent loan financing; leveraged buyouts; bond issuances; underwriting and origination; asset management; and loss mitigation. In her many years of legal practice, Levine has witnessed the chronic lack of diversity in the financial services industry, giving her deep insight in her role as leader of a dedicated staff of professionals, including D&I special- ists, financial institution examiners, equal employment opportunity specialists, and her operations staff. Jocelyn Martin-Leano PRESIDENT, SERVICING DIVISION, RUSHMORE LOAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES Jocelyn Martin-Leano is a visionary senior executive with strong leader- ship and broad management expertise. Bringing over 30 years' experience in financial services, Martin-Leano lever- ages her engineering background to achieve operational excellence through innovation, continuous improvement of the business process, and technology. In her current role, Martin-Leano is responsible for the organization's ser- vicing operations in Irvine, California, and Dallas, Texas, including loan ad- ministration, collections, loss mitiga- tion, default, and third-party servicing investor relations/asset management. Among Martin-Leano's skills, she can apply a strategic business perspec- tive to challenges in business cycles ranging from start-up, rapid growth, rightsizing, and wind-down, as well as turn-around situations. She has experience leading departments, divi- sions, and companies with flawless execution against well-defined plans while managing P&L and growth. Prior to Rushmore, she held execu- tive positions with Citicorp, Genworth Financial, Irwin Home Equity, Bank of America, and ITT Residential Capital. . Caroline Reaves CEO, MORTGAGE CONTRACTING SERVICES Caroline Reaves has been the CEO of Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS) since 2009, and previously served as the President and COO. Before joining MCS, Reaves served in leader- ship roles at First American's National Default Outsourcing Division and MidFirst Bank. Bringing over three de- cades of experience to MCS, Reaves is a mortgage industry veteran with extensive experience in areas includ- ing foreclosure, bankruptcy, prop- erty preservation, REO, originations, acquisitions, contract management, customer service, investor reporting, and default management. "Caroline Reaves has been a truly transforma- tional leader within the field services industry. Her ability to scale MCS while maintaining a laser focus on both its customers and employees is remarkable," said Jennifer Steans, CEO of FIC and former Chairperson of MCS.
